In spite of requesting an update, I have not received my order. Very poor customer service

Two weeks after paying for an online click and collect item that’s in stock and I still have not received confirmation to pick item up, the order has been chased with customer service team and I still await a response.

I saw a dual channel TENS machine advertised at a very reasonable price and as I've been having calf pain decided to order it and give it a try. That was a Sunday. It arrived Friday. Not bad but no Amazon.I found putting the batteries in very fiddly as about half of the two outer batteries are covered by the casing so they have to be put in at an angle. Once I had worked that out I was surprised to find the unit was on when I turned it over. I pressed the power button. It stayed on. I pressed and held the button. It stayed on. After umpteen tries it did eventually go off. I turned it on. After that the only way to turn it off was to take the batteries out. This was even trickier than putting them in and I eventually resorted to using a pair of needle nose pliers. I had not spotted the return details on what I took to be a packing slip so used an onsite form to contact customer service. An auto responder arrived saying my query would be handled within 5 working days.Then I noticed the returns info. Just complete the form and send to Freepost Lloydspharmacy Online and get a proof of posting. I limped to the post office (leg still playing up) they won't give proof of posting as there is no postcode.Next day I phone customer service. The usual long but not outrageous delay. Oh yes we get people asking for o postcode quite often. I'll get it for you. At least the rep was very pleasant about it do itvs two stars not one. I'm getting a refund though not a replacement. If their QC doesn't even check if the things turn on and off I won't be sticking those pads on me a zapping myself with it thanks very much.

Useless chemist not sure where they get their staff from

Product marked as on its way for over 2 weeks. Had to re order and it was delivered damaged.

Received the parcel but unfortunately the packaging was split open & mangled it looked as if it had been caught up in machinery or something contents were all posted through separately at about 9 pm no idea what had happened to it.

I bought these CranMed capsules from Lloyds Pharmacy because they are cheaper than from other chemists even with the delivery charge on top. The reason I have not given five stars though is because delivery is not fast.

This was my first experience of ordering online with Lloyds Pharmacy. I found it easy to navigate their website and find what I wanted. It was also very straightforward to order online.My items arrived well-packaged and were as described and expected. I would have liked delivery to have been a little quicker, but the timescale was fine - I think I'm probably a bit spoiled by Amazon Marketplace! However, this is not a major criticism and overall I was very happy with my experience and would certainly order from them again.
